Description du poste :
Blackbox SARL AU est une entreprise leader dans le secteur du développement immobilier au Maroc. Nous recherchons actuellement des commerciaux dynamiques et expérimentés pour rejoindre notre équipe à Fès.
Responsabilités :
- Identification et prospection de nouveaux clients
- Élaboration et suivi des offres commerciales
- Gestion des relations client
- Reporting régulier de l'activité commerciale
- Participation à des salons et événements liés au secteur immobilier
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée dans la vente ou le courtage immobilier
- Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Permis de conduire valide
Rémunération :
La rémunération sera exclusivement basée sur un système de commissions compétitives. Le taux de commission sera discuté lors de l'entretien d'embauche.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for real estate
- Perfect written French
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Morocco
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
